Laury D'Amours-Dionne

Organizational development and change management consultant

A leader of change and a visionary, Laury aspires to build organizations where performance and people coexist harmoniously. She embodies a vision where trust, collaboration and fun feed every project, leaving a positive and lasting imprint. Passionate about innovation and operations optimization, she designs initiatives that foster collaboration and generate concrete, lasting results.

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration (finance profile), a master’s degree in intervention and organizational change, and 4 years’ experience in digital transformation and improving the customer experience in the financial sector, Laury stands out for her caring, human approach that puts people at the heart of organizational transformations.

Certified in project management and design thinking, she combines professional rigor, creativity and empathy to tackle complex challenges while mobilizing teams towards common goals. As a consultant, Laury supports companies in achieving their strategic objectives and is committed to developing the skills of leaders, helping them to get to know themselves better, to flourish in their role and to become human managers who have a positive impact around them.

Alain Beaudoin

Strategic consultant
Formerly president and shareholder of ICFORMATION, he sold his company to Edgenda. The notion of passing on power and giving to the next guides him in all his activities as a consultant. He is deeply committed to developing the next generation of Quebec talent, which is why he invests in coaching and mentoring. Alain accompanies Main dans la main in its mission to develop autonomous, caring and high-performance teams capable of creating the future together.

With over forty years’ experience as a results-oriented, pragmatic manager, his understanding of the organization and its context, combined with his diagnostic skills, help him to support management teams in defining the leadership style and managerial DNA needed to achieve the business plan and vision.

Isaël Morin

LinkedIn strategist and communications
Isaël believes that the world would be a better place if we all took a little more of our place in our lives, and online. Since 2015, he has helped more than 150 entrepreneurs and business leaders in Quebec, France and Switzerland to take their place online, specifically on LinkedIn.

Although he is a B2B marketing strategist and LinkedIn specialist, he believes in the importance of real, face-to-face relationships. That’s why he also organized and co-organized more than 30 networking events for entrepreneurs in Quebec and France.
